After day 30, your monthly base fee kicks in: $49 for Growth, $199 for Pro. The performance fee on recovered sales (10% or 5%, depending on your plan) stays the same. It applied during the trial too, but you only paid it on orders we actually recovered for you.

Yep. We collect a card upfront so billing is seamless when month 2 begins, but you won't see any base-fee charge during your first 30 days. If we recover any sales during the trial, the performance fee on those is charged as they come in.

During the trial, nothing at all. After the trial, just the monthly base fee. The performance fee is exactly that: performance-based. No recovery, no fee. Simple as that.

Yep, anytime. No contracts, no minimum terms. Cancel from your dashboard or send us a quick email, and your account stays active through the end of your current billing cycle.

We only count sales recovered through a LiveRecover conversation. So when a customer abandons their cart, one of our agents reaches out, and the customer comes back to complete the purchase, you pay the agreed percentage on that order. Organic sales, sales from your existing SMS flows, or sales from other channels don't count.
